On May 6, 2017, residents from the three spring Inside|Out communities of Biscayne Park, Opa-Locka, and Overtown were brought to PAMM for the opportunity to see the works of art installed throughout their communities on the walls of the museum.

Mireille Chancy Gonzalez is co-founder of Haitian Cultural Arts Alliance and a member of the board of trustees at Pérez Art Museum Miami. She is also on the Steering committee's Fund for African American Art. She fully believes in the mission of the fund, and urges others to join her in continuing to aide its growth and reach the matching goal.
