PAMM's Brick x Brick Program Receives Nation’s Top Honor

PAMM is proud to announce it is the recipient of an award from all three federal arts and culture agencies for its community outreach program, Brick x Brick . 17-year-old Brick x Brick student Balthazar Cordova attended the award ceremony in DC today to accept the award on PAMM’s behalf.
The program was recognized for its effectiveness in promoting learning and life skills in young people by engaging them through creative youth development programs. The after-school program received the 2017 National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award, the nation’s highest honor for these programs.
Opening Celebration for Dara Friedman: Perfect Stranger

On November 3, 2017, PAMM celebrated the opening of its new exhibition, Dara Friedman: Perfect Stranger, with an evening full of festivities.

On October 28, 2017, guests came out in their best costumes and joined us for a not-so-spooky day of family activities. The fun-filled day kicked off with a free performance of “Peter and the Wolf” courtesy of the South Florida Symphony. Afterwards, guests roamed the galleries and joined in on the day's "Art Storytime" activity. Little ghouls and goblins enjoyed Halloween-themed art-making activities, including cookie decorating and mask making. Verde also joined in on the spooky spirit, making a Halloween themed cocktail for the day.
