We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. *We will open for federal holidays observed by M-DCPS (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Presidents' Day; Memorial Day; Fourth of July; Labor Day). We will also have special hours for school tours.
In the event of hurricanes, natural disasters or other emergencies, PAMM will close in accordance with Miami-Dade County offices.

PAMM Free Second Saturdays
Admission is free every Second Saturday of the month. Explore the museum, learn something new and create art with friends and family during this fun-filled afternoon at the museum.
Free Educator Admission
All Florida K-12 educators with identification receive free admission to the museum.
Free First Thursdays
Admission is free every first Thursday, 10am-9pm, and is made possible by Knight Foundation.
The museum is open every Thursday evening until 9pm. Check the calendar for a robust schedule of evening talks, performances and screenings.
PAMM is located at 1103 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33132 between the Arsht Center and the American Airlines Arena. From Biscayne Blvd., go east at 11th street. The museum is located at the far east side of Museum Park, between the science museum construction site and Biscayne Bay.
Self-parking in PAMM's garage is $2 per hour during regular museum hours (space limited). There are also more than a dozen public parking lots surrounding the museum. Visit Miami Parking Authority to find parking lot addresses, hours and rates.
Self-parking at the Omni garage is available (rates apply). Omni garage located at 1645 Biscayne Blvd.

PAMM is directly adjacent to the Miami-Dade Metromover, Museum Park station. Take the Omni Loop train to Museum Park station, and arrive steps from the museum entrance. Visit Miami-Dade Transit to view a full map of stations and information.
Museum Park is serviced by several bus routes. Visit Miami-Dade Transit to view bus schedules, connections and transit directions.
Museum Park is serviced by the Biscayne trolley route, with a stop on Biscayne Boulevard, just north of NE 10 St. Visit Miami Trolley for a full list of route maps and information.
Bike racks on-site
There are several bike racks located around the museum, including eight in the on-site parking garage, four by the promenade and two by the plaza stairs.

A Citi Bike® station is located in Museum Park, steps away from PAMM's main entrance. The solar-powered bike sharing system consists of a fleet of specially designed, sturdy, very durable bikes that are locked into a network of docking stations sited at regular intervals around a city.
Taxis may drop off at the main entrance of the museum.
The Museum requires visitors to check backpacks of any size, shopping bags, handbags 9 x 14 inches (23 x 35.5 cm) or larger, laptops, and umbrellas. Free luggage storage is available to all museum visitors, as available. For groups of 6 or more visitors please contact visitor services at 305-375-3000 prior to your arrival. The museum reserves the right to refuse items and is not responsible for items held in the checkroom. All bags are subject to security inspection before entering the museum.
Photography for personal use is permitted unless otherwise noted. Photography is not permitted in some galleries due to copyright restrictions. Interchangeable-lens cameras and accessories such as tri-pods and camera extension poles must be checked-in at visitor services. Commercial photography and videography must be pre-arranged through firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not touch the artwork on display.
No smoking, food and drinks
Food and drinks are permitted only in the lobby and may not be carried into the galleries or other areas. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
Sketching is permitted in the galleries (pencil only, no ink or paint) with sketchbooks no larger than 8 ½ x 11 inches (21.6 x 27.9 cm). No easels, stools, or sketching while sitting on the floor is permitted.
Baby strollers are permitted at all times, however oversized bags, food or drink accompanying stroller must be checked.

ADA Accessible Entrance
An ADA accessible doorway is located to the right of our main lobby doors.
All galleries and facilities are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available at the visitor services desk free of charge. Wheelchairs are at the visitor services desk in the lobby. Leaving a driver’s license or ID is required.
The Americans with Disabilities Act defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. These service animals are welcomed in the museum galleries and terrace during museum hours. Pets or companion animals are welcome on our terrace only.
Parking spaces are available in the PAMM garage for vehicles bearing valid DMV handicapped parking stickers or license plates on a first come first served basis for vehicles with a clearance of 8'2". There are elevators from the ground-level parking garage, up to the museum’s entrance and lobby. Additional elevators take you to the second and third floor from within the museum. The group entrance to the right of the main doors is most easily accessible in a wheelchair. The following are accessible entrances (no steps or stairs):
Drop off at front of museum (south): Visitors may be dropped off at the front of the museum by driving up the south promenade driveway, where a ramp to the museum’s entrance is available. South Promenade driveway is accessible by staying right at the fork after turning east on 11thstreet.
From Parking Garage: Take elevator from ground level parking to the museum’s main entrance at level one.
From Metromover station: A plaza elevator is available. Take elevator from ground level to the museum’s main entrance at level one.
Group and Accessible Entrance: The group entrance door is located to the right of the main entrance and an assist system is available.
Large-print gallery notes and assistive listening devices (ALD) are available free of charge at the visitor services desk in the lobby. For sign language interpretation, CART or printed matter in an alternative format, please contact PAMM's access coordinator at 786 345 5629 or email@example.com at least three weeks in advance (shorter notice will be accommodated if possible) of your visit.

Personal Care Assistants
No admission fee will be charged for any paid Personal Care Attendant (PCA) accompanying a visitor with disabilities. A request for complimentary admission for a PCA should be made at the time the visitor with disabilities purchases their ticket.
