About Explorations Trio
Explorations Trio is a Miami-based trio featuring Andrew Amengor on keys and trumpet, Victor Sanchez on drums, and Juan Moreno on bass. The group blends jazz, lo-fi, funk, hip-hop, and samples in an improv setting. The group plays a mixture of both original music as well as some classic hip-hop and jazz tunes by artists like Kendrick Lamar, Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, A Tribe Called Quest, Flying Lotus, MF DOOM, and many others.
