About Laura Paresky Gould
Laura Paresky Gould, a Miami Beach-based creative, is a graphic designer, animator, photographer, and fine artist. Known for her project “Miami Color Theory,” showcased on Instagram, Paresky Gould captures the vibrant colors, lines, and shapes of Miami’s architecture, urging viewers to pause and notice the beauty and colors of Miami.
This project has transformed into the book “SEEING DIFFERENTLY: MIAMI COLOR THEORY,” published by Tra Publishing, offering a deeper exploration of her visual narrative. Before Miami Color Theory, Paresky Gould designed motion graphics for major brands like Nike, CBS, and NBC, earning prestigious awards. Her photography has graced publications such as The New York Times, Vogue, and GQ and has been displayed in museums nationally, with three solo exhibits during Art Basel Miami Beach. Currently exhibiting at the Royal Palm South Beach throughout December, as part of the No Vacancy 2023 award, Paresky Gould continues to captivate with her minimalist photographic images and lessons on perception.
