Join us for another fun edition of PAMM Art Storytime inspired by the installation Recapturing Memories of the Black Ark, part of Gary Simmons: Public Enemy.

Building on the foundations of literacy, Pre-K students and their caregivers will enjoy a short museum tour based on their observations and imaginations. Visitors will then enjoy a reading of “The Story of RAP” by editors of Caterpillar Books and Lindsey Sagar. Finally, we will create designs, on vinyl records with an array of gallery-safe art tools to experiment with color and explore making marks and symbols while listening to historical rap and hip-hop beats.
