Join us for the International Women’s Committee (IWC) Annual Luncheon, honoring women in the community who have had a major impact on the arts.

This year, we are honoring Sarah Arison, a prominent figure in the community, holding leadership positions as the Board Chair of Young Arts and President of the Arison Arts Foundation, which provides crucial funding for emerging artists.
The mission of IWC is to create a platform to celebrate women in the visual arts and to further a more balanced representation of women among artists, institutions, collectors, and galleries.

About Honoree Sarah Arison
Sarah Arison is President of Arison Arts Foundation, a private grant-making organization that supports emerging artists and the institutions that foster them. She was immersed in the arts from a young age by her grandparents, visionary philanthropists Ted and Lin Arison, who founded Arison Arts Foundation, YoungArts, and the New World Symphony, among their many philanthropic endeavors.
Arison is active across a broad cross-section of national arts organizations. She is President of the board of the Museum of Modern Art, and chair of the board of YoungArts; she serves on the boards of MoMA PS1, American Ballet Theatre, The Kitchen, and Aspen Art Museum; and she is a trustee of Lincoln Center, New World Symphony, and Serpentine Americas Foundation. Arison has also ventured into film producing, supporting projects that shed light on lesser known aspects of the arts.
