Close out the summer series with the full BPM experience, led by Kellie and the entire BPM Wellness Team. This 60-minute class brings it all. First, participate in 30 minutes of power push-ups, jump squats, resistance work, and heart-pounding energy to awaken your strength. Then, engage in 30 minutes of mobility—flowing from Child’s Pose to Downward Dog, into hip openers, breathwork, and core stabilization to restore and reset.

From the fire to the flow, this is BPM at its best—movement, music, and community coming together for one final celebration.
Before the class, enjoy a live DJ set on the terrace. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join. Please bring your own mat to participate.
