Ambassador for Black Art members are invited to join exhibition curator Roscoè B. Thické III and artist Cornelius Tulloch for a private tour of Suns & Shadows and Porch Passages: Creole Collage at Marshall L. Davis Sr. African Heritage Cultural Arts Center.

Suns & Shadows, curated by Thické, explores the circular nature of legacy, how lives are interwoven with those who came before us and those who will follow. Featuring works by Mark Delmont, Reginald O’Neal, T. Eliott Mansa, Mark Fleuridor, and Lance Minto-Strouse, Suns & Shadows invites viewers to reflect on memory, heritage, and creative inheritance.
Porch Passages: Creole Collage, Tulloch’s installation, is a vibrant exploration of memory, place, and cultural lineage immersing viewers into the stories embedded within the vernacular architecture of Miami’s Black and Caribbean Neighborhoods. Tulloch will take guests through his process and production of creating this immersive installation honoring the stories that have crafted Miami’s cultural and urban fabric.
