Thursdays at PAMM: Yoga for All Presented by Goya

March 12, 2026
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
At PAMM

Spend your Thursday evening on Pérez Art Museum Miami’s (PAMM) waterfront terrace with a wellness class open to all ages and abilities! Presented by Goya, Ahana Yoga’s class will blend music and movement to make you feel steady and grounded.

Yoga for All is an open-level yoga class designed for every body and every background, set against a sunset view over the water. This grounded, feel-good practice invites you to move intentionally, breathe deeply, and settle into a steady rhythm—no pressure, no performance.

The class is led by Dawn Feinberg, known for her warm presence, light humor, and groovy, uplifting playlists that support both focus and flow. With live DJ support by Lucaz, the experience is rooted, rhythmic, and calming—allowing the movement, music, and setting to gently carry you through the practice. Move at your own pace. Rest when needed. Let the view, the breath, and the music guide you.

Before class, don’t miss your chance to enjoy happy hour specials at Verde restaurant and bar or explore our galleries catch Elliot & Erick Jiménez: El Monte, closing on March 22.
