On November 3, 2017, PAMM celebrated the opening of its new exhibition, Dara Friedman: Perfect Stranger, with an evening full of festivities.
It was a full house in PAMM’s auditorium, as guests came out to hear Friedman discuss her work at the evening’s art talk, alongside the show’s curator, Rene Morales. After the talk, the crowd gathered outside to see a special performance by I.U.D., an experimental percussion and vocal group by Lizzi Bougatsos and Sadie Laska. The party continued with a new edition of PAMM’s Free Community Night, this time in collaboration with The New Tropic. The evening was themed to be a local variety show, with performances by O Miami, Florida Grand Opera, Villain Theater and more. "Dara Friedman: Perfect Stranger" will be PAMM’s highlight exhibition for Miami Art Week. The show runs until March.
