Blog: Goldman Sachs Presents PAMM Salon Series: The World's Game
In anticipation of The World’s Game: Futbol and Contemporary Art, Philippe Moggio, general secretary of Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) joined PAMM Director Franklin Sirmans in a conversation on the intersection of sports and art, highlighted our region’s new initiatives in professional soccer. Moggio, a former professional tennis player, banker, and National Basketball Association executive, represented Colombia in Davis Cup competition from 1996-1999. At CONCACAF, Moggio is ushering in new international tournaments with a fresh identity and vision for the future of soccer in our region.
"The World’s Game: Fútbol and Contemporary Art" is organized by PAMM Director Franklin Sirmans with PAMM Assistant Curator Jennifer Inacio. This exhibition is supported by NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, Relevent Sports, LLC., and CONCACAF.
