Calendar: Pop Up Dinner: Verde Does Peru

Event Description

Museum Circle members are invited to register for an all inclusive dinner at Verde after this month's "Let's Talk About…" presented by Goldman Sachs lecture series. Peruvian born Chef Nicolay Adinaguev created this menu based on the cuisine of his home country.  The cost of the dinner is $150 per person.  Chef Nicolay Adinaguev’s special menu includes:

King Mackerel Escabeche
aji panca, pickled onion, glazed sweet potato

Trio of Causa
octopus with peruvian olive aioli, yellow potato, duck chicharones with salsa criolla, sweet potato lobster in huancaína, purple potato

Beef Filet Anticuchos
rock shrimp and quinoa fried rice, purple corn gastrique

Chocolate Pecan Tart
lime merengue, lucuma ice cream

Sommelier pairings will accompany each dish
