Calendar: Bold Botanicals: Family Art-Making
Event Description
PAMM Teaching Artists will guide children and adults in art-making activities to create prints using bright colors and bold patterns inspired by the work of Beatriz Milhazes, as well as the tropical flora on the PAMM Terrace. Also enjoy free guided exhibition tours at 11am, 11:30am and 2:30pm, and a conversation with Beatriz Milhazes and Tobias Ostrander at 2pm.
Organization and Support
"Beatriz Milhazes: Jardim Botânico" is organized by Pérez Art Museum Miami Chief Curator Tobias Ostrander and presented by Itaú. Support is provided by Graff, and in-kind support is provided by Consulate General of Brazil in Miami. "Bold Botanicals: Family Art-Making" is presented in collaboration with Art Days 2014.
