Pérez Art Museum Miami puts a contemporary spin on a classic tradition with a ‘modern gala.’ Taking the place of the annual Ball, this unforgettable celebration will allow guests to choose from a Chef’s Table seated dinner or the lively Supper Club dinner lounge, and all attendees will join together after dinner for a live outdoor concert.
Dine under the stars at an exquisite four-course dinner paired with wines from Moët Hennessey USA, prepared by world-renowned Chef Thomas Troisgros, the fourth generation of a clan of chefs that has made history in modern gastronomy. In Rio de Janeiro, Chef Troisgros runs the kitchen of internationally-regarded Olympe Restaurant in partnership with his father Claude Troisgros. Dinner will take place on the beautiful East Portico preceded by cocktails on the Lobby Terrace. Chef’s Table guests will have access to the Supper Club dinner lounge and Remix after party.

Expected to be the most coveted ticket of the season, the Supper Club dinner lounge will be in the museum’s special exhibition galleries, where partygoers can reserve exclusive private seating for up to 12 guests complete with a dedicated butler providing table cocktail service. Chef Thomas Troisgros will orchestrate the culinary offerings in the lively nightlife setting of dinner and dancing, which will take unexpected turns with live entertainment popping up in different forms throughout the night. All guests will be invited to have dessert at the Remix party on the Knight Plaza.
