One month after our doors closed to the public, 33 Miami-Dade elementary school students met three PAMM teaching artists and were led through an interactive discussion about a work of art by Anastasia Samoylova and a hands-on art-making activity. How did we do this while respecting and safeguarding the health and safety of our community? Every participant joined from their own home.
Pérez Art Museum Miami’s (PAMM) mission to encourage everyone to see art as an incentive for genuine human interaction, communication, and exchange remains constant and education is at the core of our vision. In a pre-COVID world, we reach more than 55,000 students every year with arts education and outreach programs. Now, under new guidelines, we continue to offer school tours, art-making activities, and educational resources to Miami-Dade County and beyond. We are steadfast in our dedication to fulfilling our mission to our community. On this Giving Tuesday Now, we ask that you support these efforts to bring art into the homes of our community with a 100% tax-deductible gift.

With your generous support on Giving Tuesday, you can help us connect the community to each other through the arts, for many generations to come.
