About the Author
Tara Benmeleh, Miami native and shaün (tea server), just released a bilingual children's book, "Gracias Made," illustrated by local artist Tierra Armstrong, and translated by Agustina Woodgate.
This book was created as a tool to inspire children to cultivate their connection to the earth. It is meant to spark their appreciation for nature, while simultaneously expanding their mind through exposure to a second language.
The artwork throughout Gracias Made illustrates children of various backgrounds as well as various animals, trees, and even depictions of children practicing meditation. As a mother, wife, author, Benmeleh roots her family and cultivates community around wellness.
Benmeleh has been a friend and supporter of PAMM throughout the years. Aside from releasing her children's book, she has a very unique line of Jewelry called Espitirutara. You can find her designs at PAMM Shop.
