Apply to our Creative Aging Workshop Series! Designed for adults 55 and older who are searching for a community-based creative outlet, this workshop series gives you the opportunity to connect and create with local Miami teaching artists, immerse yourself in an art medium, and use our museum’s collection to inspire you.

This series offers fun and challenging studio art courses during the span of six weeks (June 19–July 27), art tours led by professional teaching artists, and a final culminating public event to celebrate your final projects.
This spring segment focuses on book and print-making projects with teaching artist Tom Virgin, assistant Marie Franco, and gallery guide Thom Wheeler Castillo.
Programming will run from June 19–July 19, and participants will meet Mondays and Thursdays in the museum from 2–5 pm. The culminating event will be on Thursday, July 27.

Free parking is provided to all participants throughout the duration of the program.
