Let’s dive into creativity at this month’s PAMM Art Storytime, where young visitors will explore the artwork of Cosmo Whyte. Whyte’s artwork, The Enigma of arrival in 4 parts. Part 1: “Guess Who Is Coming to Dinner”, focuses on the artist’s journey of traveling across the ocean from Jamaica to America.
During this fun, interactive event, pre-K visitors and their caregivers will experience a guided tour of the artwork led by a PAMM teaching artist Noah Cribb. Then, enjoy a special read-aloud of the book “Else B. in The Sea” by Jeanne Walker Harvey and illustrated by Melodie Stacy, followed by a hands-on art-making activity inspired traveling the ocean.
