International Women’s Committee (IWC) members are invited to the IWC Annual Spring Tea, sponsored by VHERNIER Bal Harbour. This year’s  program features a panel on transformational giving with experts in the fields of art advising, legacy planning, and finance. Following the program, guests are invited to the galleries to view Yayoi Kusama: LOVE IS CALLING.

Terry Vento joined Pérez Art Museum Miami as its first in-house General Counsel in 2015, after decades of providing pro bono legal advice to the museum while one of its trustees, and a partner in the Miami law firm, Shutts & Bowen. In her role as general counsel, Vento provides legal guidance and education regarding best practices for both the board and the staff.
