Celebrate the art and sounds of the Caribbean with live music by Pressure Point on our waterfront terrace. Inside the museum, before the music begins, join us at 7pm for a special program bringing together Caribbean art, culture, and community. Presented through Pérez Art Museum Miami’s (PAMM) Green Family Foundation Caribbean Cultural Institute, the program features British-Trinidadian artist Zak Ové as part of the Scholl Lecture Series.

Akia Dorsainvil, also known as Pressure Point, is an event producer, DJ, and transdisciplinary artist based in Miami, FL. Pressure Point is the founder of the art collective Masisi and Masisi Radio, a platform that highlights the contribution and talent of black queer artist from the diaspora with a focus in performance, sound design, and film.
