PAMM is located at 1103 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33132 between the Arsht Center and the American Airlines Arena. From Biscayne Blvd., go east at 11th street. The museum is located at the far east side of Museum Park, between the Frost Science Museum and Biscayne Bay.
Paid self-parking is available in the museum garage during regular museum hours (space limited). Rates are $8 for the first hour and $4 for each additional hour. (Max daily rate of $40). Guests must take their tickets and pay at the stations located near the Knight Plaza elevator or at the bottom of the garage entry ramp. PAMM members receive a $4 discount on parking. Members must bring their ticket to the Visitor Services Desk for the discount validation before paying at the stations. Active PAMM membership required. Discount available for all PAMM membership levels and cannot be applied to parking for the guest of members. Parking subject to availability.

Self-parking at the Omni garage is available (rates apply). Omni garage located at 1645 Biscayne Blvd.

Parking for motorcycles and scooters is unavailable in the garage. Please use the parking lot located at adjacent Museum Park (cash only/rates apply).

PAMM is directly adjacent to the Miami-Dade Metromover, Museum Park station. Take the Omni Loop train to Museum Park station, and arrive steps from the museum entrance. Visit Miami-Dade Transit to view a full map of stations and information.

Museum Park is serviced by the Biscayne trolley route, with a stop on Biscayne Boulevard, just north of NE 10 St.
- Riders traveling on the Brickell Trolley can transfer onto the Coral Way Trolley at the Brickell Station stop.
- Coral Way Trolley riders can transfer to the Biscayne Trolley at the Bayside stop.
- Biscayne Trolley riders can exit at the Museum Park stop, which is walking distance to PAMM.

Bike racks on-site
There are several bike racks located around the museum, including eight in the on-site parking garage, four by the promenade and two by the plaza stairs.

A Citi Bike® station is located in Museum Park, steps away from PAMM's main entrance. The solar-powered bike sharing system consists of a fleet of specially designed, sturdy, very durable bikes that are locked into a network of docking stations sited at regular intervals around a city.

ADA Accessible Entrance
An ADA accessible doorway is located to the right of our main lobby doors.
All galleries and facilities are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available at the visitor services desk free of charge. Wheelchairs are at the visitor services desk in the lobby. Leaving a driver’s license or ID is required.
The Americans with Disabilities Act defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. These service animals are welcomed in the museum galleries and terrace during museum hours. Pets or companion animals are welcome on our terrace only.
Parking spaces are available in the PAMM garage for vehicles bearing valid DMV handicapped parking stickers or license plates on a first come first served basis for vehicles with a clearance of 8'2". There are elevators from the ground-level parking garage, up to the museum’s entrance and lobby. Additional elevators take you to the second and third floor from within the museum. The group entrance to the right of the main doors is most easily accessible in a wheelchair. The following are accessible entrances (no steps or stairs):
Drop off at north side of museum: Visitors may be dropped off on Museum Drive, crosswalk is accessible by staying left at the fork after turning east on 11thstreet. Take elevator to Knight Plaza.
From Parking Garage: Take elevator from ground level parking to the museum’s main entrance at level one.
From Metromover station: A plaza elevator is available. Take elevator from ground level to the museum’s main entrance at level one.
Group and Accessible Entrance: The group entrance door is located to the right of the main entrance and an assist system is available.
Assistive listening devices (ALD) are available free of charge at the visitor services desk in the lobby. For sign language interpretation, CART or printed matter in an alternative format, please contact PAMM's access coordinator at 786 345 5629 or email@example.com at least two weeks in advance (shorter notice will be accommodated if possible) of your visit.

Personal Care Assistants
No admission fee will be charged for any paid Personal Care Attendant (PCA) accompanying a visitor with disabilities. A request for complimentary admission for a PCA should be made at the time the visitor with disabilities purchases their ticket.
