Same-day admission may be purchased at the lobby desk during gallery hours up to thirty minutes before the museum closes.
PAMM is closed for Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.
In the event of hurricanes, natural disasters or other emergencies, PAMM will close in accordance with Miami-Dade County offices.

All Florida K-12 educators with identification receive free admission to the museum.
Free First Thursdays
Admission is free every first Thursday, 10am-9pm.
The museum is open every Thursday evening until 9pm. Check the calendar for a robust schedule of evening talks, performances and screenings.
PAMM is located at 1103 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33132 between the Arsht Center and the American Airlines Arena. From Biscayne Blvd., go east at 11th street. The museum is located at the far east side of Museum Park, between the Frost Science Museum and Biscayne Bay.
Paid self-parking is available in the museum garage during regular museum hours (space limited). Rates are $8 for the first hour and $4 for each additional hour. (Max daily rate of $40). Guests must take their tickets and pay at the stations located near the Knight Plaza elevator or at the bottom of the garage entry ramp. PAMM members receive a $4 discount on parking. Members must bring their ticket to the Visitor Services Desk for the discount validation before paying at the stations. Active PAMM membership required. Discount available for all PAMM membership levels and cannot be applied to parking for the guest of members. Parking subject to availability.

To visit PAMM via train, hop on the Brightline at the Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach Brightline station. In Miami, arrive at the MiamiCentral Brightline station, and take advantage of free transportation. Walk one block south on NW 1st Ave., to the Wilkie D Ferguson Metromover station. Take the Omni Loop to Museum Park (10th stop) and arrive directly at PAMM.
Those looking to walk from the MiamiCentral Brightline station can enjoy a 15-minute stroll to the museum. Head east on NW 6th St. and turn left onto Biscayne Blvd. Walk north on Biscayne Blvd. to NE 11th St. and PAMM will be on the right hand side. Use code PAMMBL for 25% off your ride.
PAMM is directly adjacent to the Miami-Dade Metromover, Museum Park station. Take the Omni Loop train to Museum Park station, and arrive steps from the museum entrance. Visit Miami-Dade Transit to view a full map of stations and information.

Bike racks on-site
There are several bike racks located around the museum, including eight in the on-site parking garage, four by the promenade and two by the plaza stairs.

A Citi Bike® station is located in Museum Park, steps away from PAMM's main entrance. The solar-powered bike sharing system consists of a fleet of specially designed, sturdy, very durable bikes that are locked into a network of docking stations sited at regular intervals around a city.
Taxis may drop off at the main entrance of the museum.
Only cellphone cameras are allowed in the galleries. You can check your camera with vistor services. Commercial photography and videography must be pre-arranged through email@example.com.
Please do not touch the artwork on display.
No smoking, food and drinks
Food and drinks are permitted only in the lobby and may not be carried into the galleries or other areas. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
Baby strollers are permitted in the museum, however, we will not be able to store them during your visit.

What should I know before I visit?

We look forward to welcoming you back to PAMM when we reopen! We understand that these are challenging times and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate as responsibly as we can. While visiting PAMM, please adhere to the following health and safety measures for preventing the spread of COVID-19. These guidelines and policies may be supplemented and/or modified at any time.
If you feel sick, stay home. You must not be experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with or showing signs of COVID-19 when visiting the museum.
Limited daily capacities and timed ticketing has been implemented to facilitate safety measures. All guests must purchase their tickets online and members must also claim their ticket reservations online.
Groups may not exceed more than nine (9) people, including children. Groups who self-identify and visit together must keep a social distance of six feet at all times.
Face coverings are required for all visitors—ages two (2) and older—and museum staff in accordance with CDC and Miami-Dade County guidelines. Face coverings are required for entry and throughout your visit at PAMM, both while indoors and outdoors on the property. Visitors who remove their face coverings will be reminded of the mandatory face covering policy. Any guest who refuses to wear a face covering, or repeatedly removes their face covering, will be (along with their party) escorted from the museum and will not be provided a refund of any admittance fees. Face coverings do not need to be worn by persons who have trouble breathing due to a chronic pre-existing condition or persons who are not able to remove face coverings without assistance or on their own.
Practice social distancing of at least six (6) feet. To facilitate social distancing, we have added floor markings, physical barriers, and directional signage throughout the museum.
One-way pathways and controlled visitor routes. Visitors are encouraged to follow one-way recommended paths throughout the museum, along with required entry and exit points into the museum. Certain exhibitions, experiences, and programming will be modified, have limited availability, or remain closed.
Wash and sanitize your hands frequently. Hand-sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the galleries, lobby, and outdoor areas. There are also restrooms on both floors of the museum for easy access to hand-washing areas.
Increased cleaning for common areas and touchpoints. We are significantly increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas including door handles, railings, and bathrooms throughout the day.
What in-gallery experiences will be available for me?
Visitors can access exhibition tours and notes directly on their smart phone device on the PAMM App, found in the Apple App Store or at pamm.org/app.
Will I be able to store luggage at the museum?
Backpacks and large items are not allowed in the galleries. At this time, there will be no lockers or storage space available for storing items.
What dining options are available at the museum?
Verde restaurant and bar will be temporarily closed, but its outdoor café Cucuyo will be open Thursday through Sunday from 12–6pm. You can find more information about dining options at pamm.org/dining.
Will PAMM Shop be open?
PAMM Shop will be open Thursday through Sunday from 12–6pm with limited capacity and safety measures in place. Cash is discouraged. You can also shop online at shop.pamm.org.

ADA Accessible Entrance
An ADA accessible doorway is located to the right of our main lobby doors.
All galleries and facilities are wheelchair accessible. Complimentary wheelchairs are available at the visitor services desk for the duration of your museum visit. Leaving a driver’s license or ID is required.
The Americans with Disabilities Act defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. These service animals are welcomed in the museum galleries and terrace during museum hours. Pets or companion animals are welcome on our terrace only.
Parking spaces are available in the PAMM garage for vehicles with a clearance of 8'2" bearing valid DMV handicapped parking stickers or license plates on a first-come, first-served basis. There are elevators from the ground-level parking garage up to the museum’s entrance and lobby. Additional elevators take you to the second and third floor from within the museum. The group entrance to the right of the main doors is most easily accessible in a wheelchair. The following are accessible entrances (no steps or stairs):
Drop off at North side of museum: Visitors may be dropped off on Museum Drive. Crosswalk is accessible by staying left at the fork after turning east on 11th Street. Take elevator to Knight Plaza.
From Parking Garage: Take elevator from ground level parking to the museum’s main entrance at level one.
From Metromover station: A plaza elevator is available. Take elevator from ground level to the museum’s main entrance at level one.
Group and Accessible Entrance: The group entrance door is located to the right of the main entrance and an assist system is available.
Assistive listening devices (ALD) are available free of charge at the visitor services desk in the lobby. For sign language interpretation, CART or printed matter in an alternative format, please contact Visitor Services at 786 345 5662 or firstname.lastname@example.org at least two weeks in advance of your visit. Shorter notice will be accommodated whenever possible.

Personal Care Assistants
No admission fee will be charged for any paid Personal Care Attendant (PCA) accompanying a visitor with disabilities. A request for complimentary admission for a PCA should be made at the time the visitor with disabilities purchases their ticket.
