Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is open!

Our top priority is the safety of our visitors, volunteers, and staff. To follow social distancing guidelines and manage gallery capacity, members and visitors must reserve timed tickets online ahead of their visit.

PAMM has implemented new hours of operation and safety precautions, including one-way paths and hand-sanitizing stations. Face masks covering the mouth and nose are required for all visitors and staff.  Read more information below about how you can prepare for your visit.

Bank of America Museums on Us

Active Bank of America, Merrill or Bank of America Private Bank (U.S. Trust) credit or debit cardholders with photo ID receive one free general admission only during every first full weekend (consecutive Saturday and Sunday) of the month. Free admission may only be redeemed on-site, not online. 


PAMM is closed for Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.

In the event of hurricanes, natural disasters or other emergencies, PAMM will close in accordance with Miami-Dade County offices.

Getting Here/Parking

Paid self-parking is available in the museum garage during regular museum hours (space limited). Rates are $15 flat. Visit this page for more information on directions, parking and acccessibility, and public transit. 

Plan Ahead

Tickets are subject to capacity and can sell out so you are encouraged to purchase tickets online. Tickets will not be sold up to 30 minutes before the museum closes.

Reserving Tickets with Student Pass 

Existing Student Pass holders will need to register or sign in when reserving tickets online to redeem your Student Pass tickets. Please send us an email to if you have questions. 

PAMM Free Community Days

Admission is free every Second Saturday. Tickets must be reserved in advance, limited tickets will be available onsite.

Reciprocal Admission

All guests participating in reciprocal admission programs (NARM, ROAM, MARP, Mod/Co) can call the front desk during museum hours at 786 345 5665 to reserve their tickets, or redeem their admission directly at the front desk. 


COVID-19 Policies

Pérez Art Museum Miami is closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, and our first priority is the health and comfort of our visitors and staff. We want to assure you that PAMM continues its commitment to being your museum, always in support of the well-being of our community.

We understand that these are challenging times and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate as responsibly as we can. While visiting PAMM, please adhere to the following health and safety measures for preventing the spread of COVID-19. These guidelines and policies may be supplemented and/or modified at any time.

  • If you feel sick, stay home. You must not be experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with or showing signs of COVID-19 when visiting the museum.

  • Limited daily capacities and timed ticketing has been implemented to facilitate safety measures. All guests must purchase their tickets online and members must also claim their ticket reservations online. 

  • Groups may not exceed more than nine (9) people, including children. Groups who self-identify and visit together must keep a social distance of six feet at all times.

  • Face coverings are required for all visitors—ages two (2) and older—and museum staff in accordance with CDC and Miami-Dade County guidelines. Face coverings are required for entry and throughout your visit at PAMM, both while indoors and outdoors on the property. Visitors who remove their face coverings will be reminded of the mandatory face covering policy. Any guest who refuses to wear a face covering, or repeatedly removes their face covering, will be (along with their party) escorted from the museum and will not be provided a refund of any admittance fees. Face coverings do not need to be worn by persons who have trouble breathing due to a chronic pre-existing condition or persons who are not able to remove face coverings without assistance or on their own.

  • Practice social distancing of at least six (6) feet. To facilitate social distancing, we have added floor markings, physical barriers, and directional signage throughout the museum.

  • One-way pathways and controlled visitor routes. Visitors are encouraged to follow one-way recommended paths throughout the museum, along with required entry and exit points into the museum. Certain exhibitions, experiences, and programming will be modified, have limited availability, or remain closed.

  • Wash and sanitize your hands frequently. Hand-sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the galleries, lobby, and outdoor areas. There are also restrooms on both floors of the museum for easy access to hand-washing areas.

  • Increased cleaning for common areas and touchpoints. We are significantly increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch areas including door handles, railings, and bathrooms throughout the day.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is extremely contagious. Although PAMM is taking precautions to protect its visitors and staff, the museum cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while at PAMM. Therefore, by entering the museum, you agree to voluntarily assume that risk, and all risks related to COVID-19 exposure.

PAMM may ask visitors questions that address possible COVID-19 symptoms recognized by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other national, state, and local authorities, and deny entrance to or remove any visitor or members of that visitor’s party who report having COVID-19 or who, at PAMM’s sole discretion, exhibit possible COVID-19 symptoms.

Backpacks and large items are not allowed in the galleries. At this time, there will be no lockers or storage space available for storing items.

No smoking, food and drinks

Food and drinks are permitted only in the lobby and may not be carried into the galleries or other areas. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.


Baby strollers are permitted in the museum, however, we will not be able to store them during your visit.

Photography and Videography in Progress

By entering the museum premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web  casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web  sites, or any other purpose by PAMM and its affiliates and representatives. You release PAMM, its officers and employees, and each  and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking,  recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer  images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the museum premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by PAMM or the person or entity designated to do so by PAMM.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the museum.

Use of Your Information

The information you provided for this reservation may be used to inform you about future exhibitions, events, and promotions or used to solicit for optional feedback via anonymous surveys. PAMM will not share your information with any third parties. You can unsubscribe from future communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from PAMM. Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers and Waivers

You acknowledge that PAMM, its trustees, officers, employees, agents (PAMM parties) will rely on the foregoing terms and conditions as well as those posted on museum premises, websites, apps, and tickets, including but not limited to those relating to COVID-19, and you waive, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the right to assert any claim, whether sounding in negligence, gross negligence, contract or quasi-contract, against any PAMM party relating to the exercise of the rights and permissions granted hereunder or thereunder. You further agree to indemnify and hold the PAMM parties harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees and costs) arising out of or related to (a) any content you capture, post, store, or otherwise transmit on any platform, or (b) your failure to abide by the terms and conditions set forth above or posted on museum premises or other websites, apps, or tickets.

ADA Accessible Entrance

An ADA accessible doorway is located to the right of our main lobby doors.

All galleries and facilities are wheelchair accessible. Complimentary wheelchairs are available at the visitor services desk for the duration of your museum visit. Leaving a driver’s license or ID is required. 

Service Animals

The Americans with Disabilities Act defines a service animal as any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. These service animals are welcomed in the museum galleries and terrace during museum hours. Pets or companion animals are welcome on our terrace only.


Parking spaces are available in the PAMM garage for vehicles with a clearance of 8'2" bearing valid DMV handicapped parking stickers or license plates on a first-come, first-served basis. There are elevators from the ground-level parking garage up to the museum’s entrance and lobby. Additional elevators take you to the second and third floor from within the museum. The group entrance to the right of the main doors is most easily accessible in a wheelchair. The following are accessible entrances (no steps or stairs):

  • Drop off at North side of museum: Visitors may be dropped off on Museum Drive. Crosswalk is accessible by staying left at the fork after turning east on 11th Street. Take elevator to Knight Plaza.

  • From Parking Garage: Take elevator from ground level parking to the museum’s main entrance at level one.

  • From Metromover station: A plaza elevator is available. Take elevator from ground level to the museum’s main entrance at level one.

  • Group and Accessible Entrance: The group entrance door is located to the right of the main entrance and an assist system is available.

Access Programs
For sign language interpretation, CART or printed matter in an alternative format, please contact Visitor Services at 786 345 5662 or at least two weeks in advance of your visit. Shorter notice will be accommodated whenever possible.

Personal Care Assistants

No admission fee will be charged for any paid Personal Care Attendant (PCA) accompanying a visitor with disabilities. A request for complimentary admission for a PCA should be made at the time the visitor with disabilities purchases their ticket. Please contact Visitor Services at 786 345 5662 or
